Kind of a disappointing run by virtue of CoP's difficulty. We had about 24 people show, and there were no big screwups, but the time crunch got to us; in the end and we were not able to take down Anteaus in time. Next time! With this group we might have wrecked any of the 'normal' zones so I'm not too worried.

Great turnout for a holiday! Despite that we didn't ultimately win, we had a few nice pieces drop. One bone of contention: LOTS of our members (and in fact several of our AF winners) didn't show up by 11, much less 10:30. It doesn't do for me to write down our seacoms and then have to change them while we're trying to run. Should we stop shouting for members and hope we retain the numbers? Should we try to 'enforce' a time window by limiting drops except in pre-excused circumstances? Trouble trouble!

i am happy many existing members obtained gear, I am happy we had such a large turnout. What i am not happy about is feeling like i have to put a gun to members heads to make them come every run, this is why i continue to shout for members. what i refuse to do is shout for xarc or CoP dynamis, as this should only be a reward to our members for the hard work they have put in. While i have shouting i am very reluctant in doing so. If a problem persist then i would b e open for suggestions to ratify this, if it comes down to a point system or a low man group of people with ice access. I just want to keep things fun, fair and happy

Wag of my finger to all the people who showed up really late (you know who you are) and who changed their seacoms. Winners Refried (changed seacom just before starting) and Macone (Had 'Maconex' seacommed, then at some point logged 'Macone' on and put a seacom for that character instead without notifying anyone) need to speak up! I'm only one guy and it takes me a long time to switch between game and excel to spreadsheet all this stuff!

I feel you dude. I was asked to keep track of /seacoms once, and it was not a fun thing to do specially when people shows up late. I guess the only thing that can be done about it, just make an announcement before we enter dynamis zones: All Seacoms have been written down and locked in, and if anyone wants to make changes should send a /tell before run starts. People coming late should have their seacom up and be required to send you a /tell stating what their seacoms will be. /lsmes can be change during the run to something like this: /lsmes Dynamis-Jeuno in progress. Lotting rules: seacom2/win2 if you are late, seacom up and /tell Kisuke to let him know what pieces you lotting on.

Well organized shells become great shells, and yesterday run is a prove of it. It went very smooth. We had MegaBoss killed 42 minutes into run, which left us with 78 minutes to farm and the chance for more drops.

One idea, is to have people give you a list of 2-3 items per zone that they want ahead of time, almost like a wishlist. That way you know what they want, ahead of time and can just keep an active list with it. Since we're curtailing the shouting in whitegate, members are solid and will continue to show up. You'll have the list for each member and maybe make a rule where they can only change the night before the run and no time else. I don't know, just a suggestion.

Destroyed Windy and got a lot of people the win. 371 currency + 11 AF, quite a good run for drops! I was surprised that reviewing the parse showed the AF concentrated onto so few people. Freelot stuff so no harm done, just a weird coincidence. Lots of new and new-ish members last night. If we can keep some of them and some of our normal crew I daresay we should be able to hit that 24-30 members a run pretty easily without shouts. Must be nice for leaderguys slaving away in whitegate =)

30~40 is always the goal, but i get to meet so many interesting and colorful people from shouting ^^
